Beth, a Salem native, joined the Mac & Bob's team in July of 2002. She has been in the restuarant industry for over 20 years with such posititions as Corporate Trainer for Chi Chi's Mexican Restaurant and Service Manager for Cimarron Rose. With our team, she is responsible for the regulating and training of service staff. Beth is also responsible for the growth and development of the Mac & Bob's mini-retail store. Beth has two daughters and a canine son Abu. In her free time she gives attention to her first love, Rod Stewart and in the warmer months can be found maintinaing her garden.
