Joe grew up in Yorktown Heights, NY, and graduated from Roanoke College in 1978 with a degree in Psychology. In 1981 he bought into the business and became Bob's partner. In 1986 Joe graduated from The Culinary Institute of America, the finest culinary school in the country. Under Joe's direction, Mac and Bob's has made its transition from a college sandwich and pizza shop to the full service restaurant that it is today. Joe is married to Leslie, and they have four children, Kendall, Meghan, Joe and Shannon.
